Why we created the Optimum Health Challenge!

Now more than ever it so important that we look after our health both mentally and physically. If you want to look better and feel better, then the 60 day optimum health challenge is perfect for you!

From our experience as Nutrition and Lifestyle coaches we discovered that many of our clients were facing the same challenges that were preventing them from achieving their health and fitness goals. That is where our inspiration for this challenge came from! All of our body systems are interconnected so that is why, using the holistic approach we have designed this challenge to incorporate science based nutrition and exercises and also lifestyle strategies to help reduce stress, improve sleep and achieve a positive mindset. FAQ

  • Is this challenge good for weight loss?

    Yes while the challenge is designed primarily for improving your health and well-being, a lot of people find they lose body fat during the process.

  • Can I start the course in a couple of weeks?

    Yes you can start it whenever you'd like. All challenges start on Monday so you will be starting it with other people with similar goals.

  • What equipment do I need for the workouts?

    You will need a mat for the HIIT workouts. If you decide to do the resistance band workouts, you will need a set of resistance bands for that.

  • What age or fitness level is this challenge for?

    This challenge is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We have workouts for all fitness levels.
