Yes you can start it whenever you'd like. All challenges start on Monday so you will be starting it with other people with similar goals.
You will need a mat for the HIIT workouts. If you decide to do the resistance band workouts, you will need a set of resistance bands for that.
This challenge is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We have workouts for all fitness levels.
